David S. Dikman has been a trial lawyer and litigator since 1987. For nine years he was an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, and his last role in that agency was as the Deputy Chief of Homicide Investigations. As a prosecutor he successfully tried many homicide and other major offense cases. Since late 1995 he has been a member of the firm in private practice, focusing primarily in the areas of Family Law, Matrimonial Law, and Criminal Defense.
